And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
