And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
