۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 and they have enraged us, 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
