Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains: 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
