We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
