THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
