We will certainly help Our messengers and those who believe, in this world, and on the day the witnesses take their stand, 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 We did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance, and We gave the book in inheritance to the Children of Israel,- 53 a guide and an admonition to men of understanding. 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 Greater indeed than the creation of man is the creation of the heavens and the earth: yet most men do not understand [what this implies]. 57 Not equal are the blind and those who (clearly) see: Nor are (equal) those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and those who do evil. Little do ye learn by admonition! 58 The Final Hour is sure to come, without doubt, but most people do not believe. 59 And your Lord hath said: Pray unto Me and I will hear your prayer. Lo! those who scorn My service, they will enter hell, disgraced. 60
