Surely We shall help Our Messengers and those who have believed, in the present life, and upon the day when the witnesses arise, 51 The Day when their excuses will be of no profit to Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah). Theirs will be the curse, and theirs will be the evil abode (i.e. painful torment in Hell-fire). 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 A guide and a reminder for men of understanding. 54 Patiently, then, persevere: for the Promise of Allah is true: and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and celebrate the Praises of thy Lord in the evening and in the morning. 55 Those who dispute about the signs of Allah without any authority bestowed on them,- there is nothing in their breasts but (the quest of) greatness, which they shall never attain to: seek refuge, then, in Allah: It is He Who hears and sees (all things). 56 Surely the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings. But most people do not know. 57 Never can the blind and the seeing be equal; nor those that believe and act righteously and those that do evil. Little do you understand. 58 Indeed, the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - but most of the people do not believe. 59 And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you; surely those who are too proud for My service shall soon enter hell abased. 60
