▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allah's Message). 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 And woe unto those who disbelieve, from (that) their day which they are promised. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
