Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

WHAT, THEN, is amiss with such as are bent on denying the truth, that they run about confusedly to and fro before thee, 36 From the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every man of them desire that he should be made to enter the garden of bliss? 38 Never! We have indeed created them from a thing they know. 39 So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able 40 To replace them by those better than them; and none can escape from Us. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 The Day when they will come out of the graves quickly as racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
