▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have provided therein means of living, for you and for those whom you provide not [moving (living) creatures, cattle, beasts, and other animals]. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
