And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 But do not grieve over them, and neither be distressed by the false arguments which they devise [against Gods messages]. 70 And they ask: 'When will this promise come, if what you say is true' 71 Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!" 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Thou shalt not make the dead to hear, neither shalt thou make the deaf to hear the call when they turn about, retreating. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
