Therefore proclaim thou the praises (of thy Lord): for by the Grace of thy Lord, thou art no (vulgar) soothsayer, nor art thou one possessed. 29 Do they say: "He is a poet for whom we expect an adverse turn of fortune?" 30 Tell them: "Keep on expecting, I am expecting with you." 31 Nay! do their understandings bid them this? Or are they an inordinate people? 32 Do they say: “He has himself fabricated the Qur'an?” No; the truth is that they are altogether averse to believing. 33 Let them then produce a recital like unto it,- If (it be) they speak the truth! 34 Were they created by nothing, or were they themselves the creators? 35 Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather they are not certain. 36 Or do they own the treasures of thy Lord? Or have they been given charge (thereof)? 37 Have they a ladder up to heaven by means of which they can overhear? Then let their listeners bring a clear proof. 38 Or has He daughters while you have sons? 39 Or is it that you ask of them any recompense so that they should fear to be weighed down under the burden of debt? 40 Or possess they the Unseen so that they can write (it) down? 41 Or are they contriving a stratagem against you? If so, that stratagem will rebound against the unbelievers. 42 Or have they a god other than Allah? Glory be to Allah from what they set up (with Him). 43 And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up." 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs when they shall be struck down, 45 The Day when their plotting shall not avail them at all nor will they be helped (i.e. they will receive their torment in Hell). 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not. 47 Be patient, then, (O Prophet), until the judgement of your Lord comes. For surely you are before Our eyes. And celebrate the praise of your Lord when you rise, 48 And for part of the night also praise thou Him,- and at the retreat of the stars! 49
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
