Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses), 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 Certainly no one will bear the responsibility of the sins of another, 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 and that his labouring shall surely be seen, 40 Then shall he be rewarded for it with the fullest reward- 41 that all things in the end shall return to God; 42 That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears; 43 That it is He Who granteth Death and Life; 44 And that He created pairs, the male and the female 45 of a sperm-drop, when it was cast forth, 46 and that He will bring about the Second Creation; 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 And that He it is Who is the Lord of Sirius; 49 that He it is Who destroyed the ancient 'Ad, 50 And the Thamud nor gave them a lease of perpetual life. 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 He plunged the villages 53 And covered them by that which He covered. 54 Concerning which then, of the bounties of thy Lord, canst thou dispute? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The Approaching Day has approached. 57 None, except Allah, can avert it. 58 Do you then wonder at this announcement? 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 While ye amuse yourselves? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
