The warnings also came to Pharaoh's people, 41 Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. 42 Are the unbelievers of yours better than these, or is there an exemption for you in the scriptures? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 Indeed, the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Last Hour will be the most severe, and the most bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are misguided and insane. 47 on the Day when they are dragged into the fire on their faces, it will be said to them, "Now feel the touch of Hell!" 48 Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure. 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 We destroyed many people like you (disbelievers) but is there anyone who would take heed (of Our warning)? 51 And everything they have done is in the writings. 52 and everything [that man does,] be it small or great, is recorded [with God]. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 where they will be honourably seated in the presence of a King, Mighty in Power. 55
