▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
There are two gardens for one who fears standing before his Lord. 46 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 47 These Gardens will abound in green, blooming branches. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 59 The reward of goodness shall be nothing but goodness. 60 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 61 And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark green (in colour). 64 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are goodly things, beautiful ones. 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 Houris cloistered in pavilions -- 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Neither human nor jinn will have touched them before. 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Most Auspicious is the name of your Lord, the Most Majestic and the Most Honourable. 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
