Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
