Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
