But no; I swear by what you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and then severed his life vein; 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
