Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 it is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
