Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse); 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
