The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the heaven adorned with big stars. 1 And the promised day, 2 by the witness and the witnessed, 3 Accursed be the People of the Ditch! 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel, 5 As they sat around it 6 and they were witnesses of what they did to the believers 7 And what did they dislike from the Muslims, except that the Muslims accepted faith in Allah the Most Honourable, the Most Praiseworthy? 8 Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything. 9 Those who persecuted the believing men and women and never repented, there is for them the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), and for them the punishment of the burning. 10 Those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 Behold, it is He who creates [man] in the first instance, and He [it is who] will bring him forth anew. 13 And He is Oft-Forgiving, full of love (towards the pious who are real true believers of Islamic Monotheism), 14 Lord of the Arsh, the Glorious, 15 The Doer of whatever He wants. 16 Has the story reached you of the hosts, 17 Pharaoh and Thamood? 18 Yet those who deny the truth persist in denial. 19 Allah encompasses them all from behind. 20 What is revealed to you is certainly a glorious Quran 21 In the Preserved Tablet. 22
