The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
