The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the glorious morning light; 1 And by the night when it is stillest, 2 (O Prophet), your Lord has neither forsaken you, nor is He displeased. 3 And indeed the latter is better for you than the former. 4 soon you will be gratified with what your Lord will give you. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and then gave you shelter? 6 And found thee lost on thy way, and guided thee? 7 And find you in want and make you to be free from want? 8 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. 9 And do not rebuke the beggar. 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
