Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Verily along with every hardship is ease. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
