Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
