Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
