The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and by Mount Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 Assuredly We have created man in goodliest mould, 4 and We shall return him to the lowest of the low, 5 Save those who believe and do good works, and theirs is a reward unfailing. 6 After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment? 7 Is God not the best of the Judges? 8
