The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
