The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8
Almighty Allah's Truth.
