The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
