Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
