Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
