Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allah's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliya' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). 102 Say thou: shall I declare unto you the greatest losers in respect of works? 103 "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds! 104 They are those who reject the signs of their Lord, and the meeting with Him. So their good deeds will be fruitless, and on the Day of Judgement We shall not appoint any weighing for them. 105 That is their recompense -- Gehenna for that they were unbelievers and took My signs and My messengers in mockery. 106 [But,] verily, as for those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds - the gardens of paradise will be there to welcome them; 107 therein to dwell forever, desiring no removal out of them.' 108 Proclaim, “If the sea became ink for the Words of my Lord, the sea would indeed be used up and the Words of my Lord would never even if we bring another like it for help.” 109 Say, "I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord - let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone." 110
