۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
