▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Therefore, flee to Allah. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
