And remember Moosa in the Book; he was indeed a chosen one, and he was a Noble Messenger, a Herald of the Hidden. 51 And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and made him draw near to Us for a talk with him [Musa (Moses)]. 52 And bestowed on him his brother Aaron, a prophet, through Our benevolence. 53 Commemorate Ishmael in the Book. He was true of his promise, and a messenger, a prophet. 54 who used to enjoin upon his people prayer and charity, and found favour in his Sustainer's sight. 55 And mention in the Book (the Quran) Idris (Enoch). Verily! He was a man of truth, (and) a Prophet. 56 We granted him a high position. 57 These are (some of) those who were favoured by God among the prophets of the progeny of Adam, and of those We bore in the ark with Noah, and the offspring of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and We chose, for they bowed weeping in adoration when the revelations of Ar-Rahman were recited to them. ۩ 58 ۞ But then they were succeeded by generations who neglected their prayers and were driven by their own desires. They will assuredly meet with destruction, 59 Except those who repent and believe, and work righteousness: for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least,- 60 Gardens Everlasting, which the Compassionate hath promised unto his bondmen, unseen; verily His promise is ever to be fulfilled. 61 There, they shall hear no idle talk, but only peace. And there they shall be given their provision at dawn and at the evening. 62 This is the Paradise those of Our creatures will inherit who take heed and fear the displeasure of God. 63 We come not down, save at the commandment of thy Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us, and all that is behind us, and all between that. 64 "Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and of all that is between them; so worship Him, and be constant and patient in His worship: knowest thou of any who is worthy of the same Name as He?" 65
