Man is prone to say: "Shall I be raised to life after I die?" 66 Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 Now, by thy Lord, We shall surely muster them, and the Satans, then We shall parade them about Gehenna hobbling on their knees. 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 How many generations of greater prosperity and splendor have We destroyed before them? 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 And God shall increase those who were guided in guidance; and the abiding things, the deeds of righteousness, are better with thy Lord in reward, and better in return 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
