The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
