And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
