Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He said, “And what is your next task, O the sent angels?” 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
