And remember Moosa in the Book; he was indeed a chosen one, and he was a Noble Messenger, a Herald of the Hidden. 51 And We called to him from the blessed side of the mountain, and We made him draw nigh, holding communion (with Us). 52 And bestowed on him his brother Aaron, a prophet, through Our benevolence. 53 And mention in the Book, Ishmael; he too was true to his promise, a Messenger and a Prophet. 54 He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention Idris in the Book; surely he was a truthful man, a prophet, 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These are they whom God has blessed among the Prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those We bore with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and chose. When the signs of the All-merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Now there hath succeeded them a later generation whom have ruined worship and have followed lusts. But they will meet deception. 59 except those who repent and believe and act righteously. Such shall enter Paradise and shall not be wronged at all. 60 (They shall enter the) Gardens of Eden, which the Merciful has promised His worshipers in the Unseen. Indeed, His promise shall come. 61 They will hear no vain talk there, but only salutations of peace, and they will have their sustenance morning and evening." 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 [Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful - 64 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Worship, then, Him alone, and remain steadfast in His worship! Dost thou know any whose name is worthy to be mentioned side by side with His?" 65
