We have sent down to thee the Book in truth, that thou mightest judge between men, as guided by Allah: so be not (used) as an advocate by those who betray their trust; 105 And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 106 And do not argue on behalf of those who betray themselves, surely, Allah does not love the sinful traitor. 107 They conceal [their evil intentions and deeds] from the people, but they cannot conceal [them] from Allah, and He is with them [in His knowledge] when they spend the night in such as He does not accept of speech. And ever is Allah, of what they do, encompassing. 108 Oh, you might well argue in their behalf in the life of this world: but who will argue in their behalf with God on the Day of Resurrection, or who will be their defender? 109 One who commits a sin or does wrong to himself and then seeks forgiveness from God, will find God All-forgiving and All-merciful. 110 And whosoever earns a sin, earns it against himself only; and God is ever All-knowing, All-wise. 111 But if any one earns a fault or a sin and throws it on to one that is innocent, He carries (on himself) (Both) a falsehood and a flagrant sin. 112
