People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Cherisher of mankind, 1 the King of people, 2 The god of men, 3 "From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allah), 4 (The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,- 5 Whether of jinn or of mankind. 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
