Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of rising day 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes, 3 "and from the evil of all human beings bent on occult endeavours, 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
