The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful 1

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 (Lord), You alone We do worship and from You alone we do seek assistance 5 Guide us to the Straight Way 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
