And let them not think - those who are bent on denying the truth - that they shall escape [God]: behold, they can never frustrate [His purpose]. 59 Muster against them whatever you are able of force and tethers (ropes) of horses, so that you strike terror into the enemies of Allah and your enemy, and others besides them whom you do not know but Allah does. All that you spend in the Way of Allah shall be repaid to you. You shall not be wronged. 60 ۞ But if they are inclined to peace, make peace with them, and have trust in God, for He hears all and knows everything. 61 And if they desire to trick thee, God is sufficient for thee; He has confirmed thee with His help, and with the believers, 62 And (moreover) He hath put affection between their hearts: not if thou hadst spent all that is in the earth, couldst thou have produced that affection, but Allah hath done it: for He is Exalted in might, Wise. 63 O Prophet! God is sufficient for you and the believers who follow you. 64
