Al-Isra 8 of 12
(Remember) the day when We will call every people with their Imam; then whoever is given his book in his right hand, these shall read their book; and they shall not be dealt with a whit unjustly. 71 Those who are blind in this life will also be blind in the life to come and in terrible error. 72 They had almost led you away from what has been revealed to you, that you may invent things about Us besides those revealed, when they would have taken you as friend. 73 And had We not kept you steadfast, possibly you might have inclined to them just a little. 74 In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us! 75 And surely they purposed to unsettle you from the land that they might expel you from it, and in that case they will not tarry behind you but a little. 76 [such has been Our] way with all of Our apostles whom We sent before thy time; and no change wilt thou find in Our ways. 77
