And says man, “When I am dead, will I soon be brought forth alive?” 66 Does man not remember that We created him before when he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 There is not one of you but shall pass by Hell. This is a decree which your Lord will fulfil. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 How many generations that had far more wealth and ostentation have We laid low before them! 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 And Allah increases those who were guided, in guidance, and the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for recourse. 76 Note the words of the disbeliever, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 Nay, but We shall record that which he saith and prolong for him a span of torment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 And they have taken (for worship) aliha (gods) besides Allah, that they might give them honour, power and glory (and also protect them from Allah's Punishment etc.). 81 Nay, but they (the so-called gods) will deny their worship of them, and become opponents to them (on the Day of Resurrection). 82
