۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
